Crossfit Level 1 Coach
Ashley discovered CrossFit on Christmas Eve in 2019, choosing to walk into the gym as a Christmas gift to herself. As she continued to train, CrossFit evolved from a workout into a practice that reshaped how she views strength, resilience, and her own capabilities. Like many women, Ashley has navigated the challenges of body image and self-expectation, but CrossFit offered her something far more powerful than aesthetics: confidence in what her body can do. Through training, she learned to embrace being strong, take pride in effort, and trust herself in moments that feel uncomfortable or hard.
Her CrossFit journey continued through pregnancy, reinforcing the importance of listening to her body while honoring what it is capable of, even while growing a human. Training during this season strengthened not only her physically, but mentally, and continues to shape how she shows up as a mother today. CrossFit allows Ashley to be more present, patient, and engaged at home, and has become a tool that supports her overall well-being beyond the gym. Because of this experience, she holds a special place in her heart for expectant mothers who choose to continue training and is deeply committed to supporting moms-to-be with safe, thoughtful, and empowering movement.
As Ashley’s passion for CrossFit continued to grew, she was lovingly (and persistently) encouraged by her “twin” and gym owner to keep leveling up. She earned her Level 1 CrossFit certification in February 2026, turning her love of movement into a way to lead, learn, and serve others. Coaching allows Ashley to combine her enthusiasm for fitness with her natural ability to hype people up, build connections, and remind athletes they’re capable of more than they think. She believes fitness should be empowering, inclusive, sustainable, and fun. Outside the gym, Ashley survives on coffee, family time, beach and boat days, snacks, and the ongoing internal debate of whether she truly needs another pair of training shoes (the answer is always yes). By day, she is also a school counselor who values building meaningful connections with her students and supporting them as they navigate their academic, personal, and postsecondary journeys.
