Our Kids Fit program at 302 Athletics helps children develop healthy habits through fun, structured physical activity. Each session combines games, strength-building exercises, and teamwork challenges to keep kids moving and motivated.
Led by certified coaches, Kids Fit focuses on coordination, balance, and body awareness in a safe, supportive environment. It's the perfect introduction to fitness that builds confidence and encourages lifelong wellness.
