Program Description


Our Individualized Coaching and Training program at 302 Athletics is built for those who want a more personalized approach to fitness—without losing the structure and effectiveness of CrossFit training.


You’ll work directly with  Bryn, gym owner and CrossFit Level 2 coach, who brings years of experience in programming and training to every session. This isn’t a rotating staff model—every client receives consistent, individualized attention and care from someone deeply invested in your progress.


Rooted in functional fitness, this program combines strength training, conditioning, and skill development in a one-on-one or small-group setting tailored specifically to you.

Like our CrossFit classes, everything we do is scalable—but here, it’s fully customized.


This program is ideal for:

  • Beginners or those returning after time off
  • Individuals who prefer one-on-one coaching
  • Members looking to improve strength or skills
  • Athletes wanting more focused programming

Every session has a purpose—and every client has a plan.


Because every client’s goals, schedule, and needs are different, pricing for these services at 302 Athletics is fully customized.


Your investment will depend on:

  • Number of sessions per week
  • Package options selected
  • Additional services (such as supplemental programming or skill work)

We’ll walk through all options during your intro and build a plan that fits both your goals and your schedule.

Most people struggle because they start too fast. Not everyone should start in a group class—and that’s okay. Our approach focuses on building proper movement patterns, foundational strength, and confidence so when you’re ready for more, you’re actually prepared.
