Program Description
At 302 Athletics, our Sports Performance Clinics are designed for athletes who want to perform at their peak. These focused sessions improve speed, agility, strength, and conditioning across a variety of sports.
Led by performance coaches with real-world experience, each clinic delivers results-driven training that helps athletes compete harder and recover faster. Ideal for middle schoolers to college-bound competitors, our clinics build a foundation for long-term athletic success.
Our next clinic starts on June 9th and limited spots are available. We will have 10 AM and 6 PM options on Tuesday and Thursday through July 31st.

Every session is built around you. We assess how you move, where you’re starting, and what you want to achieve—then create a structured plan that helps you progress safely and efficiently.
Built on CrossFit Principles
We use the same foundation that drives our CrossFit program—functional movements, strength, and conditioning—but adjust everything to your individual needs. That means you get the results of CrossFit training, without the pressure of jumping into a full class environment right away.

Most people struggle because they start too fast. Not everyone should start in a group class—and that’s okay. Our approach focuses on building proper movement patterns, foundational strength, and confidence so when you’re ready for more, you’re actually prepared. This program is designed for anyone who wants a more personalized starting point, extra support and accountability, and a clear path to long-term fitness.

Want to do more outside of sessions? We offer personalized accessory and supplemental programming designed to help you continue progressing on your own time. You’ll have a clear plan to follow - even outside the gym floor.
