New to working out or returning after a long break?


Our Foundations fitness class is perfect for you - designed to build a strong foundation and the skills and movements you need to succeed in your fitness journey. 


For your 4 weeks of membership, you get an introduction to foundational movements of functional fitness and Crossfit with guidance from experienced trainers to ensure proper form and technique in a small group format. This class is designed to prepare you to join group fitness classes with a supportive community behind you every step of the way.
