Sarah first fell in love with CrossFit in 2013 and hasn't looked back since. As a military spouse, she's had to find a new gym home every few years - but each one has taught her something valuable and deepened her appreciation for the power of community, building new friendships and skills along the way. For her, fitness is about being strong, not skinny, using movement as a way to relieve stress, and staying healthy and energized while chasing after three (soon four!) kiddos. She loves the positive encouragement that fills the gym and hopes to lead by example every time she walks in the door - with some smack talk/friendly competition when needed! 

 

Sarah has a special passion for working with beginner athletes, helping them feel welcome, confident, and capable from day one, and hopes to instill a love for fitness that will last for years to come.
